Thank you so much for this episode on rest. This past Fall I said goodbye to four friends, my husband, Godmother, and my sister. In addition to those losses, I have survived a number of medical issues. Your podcast reminded me to rest. I was pushing, moving, driving through this first year of loss. Your teaching taught me the rest spiritually. This is helping me to “stop” and rest in His word. “Stop” to ask Him for spiritual healing. I learned to “stop” to “listen” to what God wants me to do when the next book of my life begins after this Selah season. Thank you!

Oh Karen – so many losses in such a short amount of time – and the deepest loss one can have. The loss of your other half. I am so, so glad our podcast was helpful. Thanks for taking the time to write us. It encourages us to keep going. Love to you tonight and a big HUG sent your way …
